they're frequently stubborn and short-sighted, but nevertheless USAC is still
the standard-bearer for non-wing racing.
The Sprint Car Racing Association - Ron
Shuman has resuscitated this west-coast organization. He's one person in
power who does seem to have an inkling of how to effectively promote traditional
non-wing racing.
International Motor Contest Association
- The IMCA has done a lot to help bring the cost of racing down to a
relatively sane level. They do have a sprint car class, non-wing at
certain locations.
